For MYSOUL 5 & MYSOUL 9 memberships only

1. Membership Plans

MYSOUL 4 — £30 per month
Includes 4 MYSOUL Zumba/Dance classes per monthly membership period.

MYSOUL 8 — £55 per month
Includes 8 MYSOUL Zumba/Dance classes per monthly membership period.

Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

2. Recurring Payment

Both memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions. Payment is processed automatically through Stripe.

Your membership will continue until you cancel it.

3. Using Your Membership

Membership sessions can be used for eligible MYSOUL Zumba/Dance classes, subject to availability.

Membership sessions are for the relevant monthly membership period and unused sessions do not roll over to the following month.

4. Booking & Cancellation

Members must book their classes in advance where booking is required.

If you book a class and can no longer attend, please cancel your booking as early as possible.

Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the session being counted as used.

5. Class Availability

A membership does not guarantee a place in every class. Places are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

Class times, locations and availability may occasionally change.

If MYSOUL FITNESS cancels a class, the affected membership session will not be deducted.

6. Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your recurring membership by contacting MYSOUL FITNESS.

Once cancelled, no further recurring payments will be taken, subject to the applicable cancellation terms.

Any sessions already booked should be cancelled separately if you are unable to attend.

7. Refunds

Membership payments are generally non-refundable once the relevant membership period has started, except where a refund is required under applicable UK consumer law or otherwise agreed by MYSOUL FITNESS.

8. Membership Conduct

MYSOUL FITNESS is a community built on respect. We expect members to treat instructors and other participants respectfully.

Serious or repeated inappropriate behaviour may result in membership cancellation.

9. Health & Safety

Members are responsible for participating within their own physical ability and for informing the instructor of any relevant injury, limitation or other circumstance that may affect their participation.

10. REJOINING THE MEMBERSHIP

If you cancel your MYSOUL 5 or MYSOUL 9 membership and later decide to join again, a £10 joining fee will apply.
