Hi, I'm Luis from MYSOULZUMBA, a passionate zumba instructor, who loves dancing and sharing joy with everyone around me. What I'm proposing is more than just dancing, but also connecting with an inner part of each of us, through dancing we can achieve mental states of pleasure and happiness, feeling more connected with our body and soul.
I also bring you an easy way to dance and that's why I advise you to access our membership pack, so you can connect with your full potential. In this pack you will find meditation classes, mobility classes and also basic classes in the 4 basic musical styles that we have in zumba, such as MERENGUE, SALSA, REGGAETON and CUMBIA. Masterclass
Our event ZUMBA MASTERCLASS, was AMAZING ,with two hours of Zumba and 45 minutes of gentle yoga. The instructors WAS Kirsty, Jasmine, Christopher and myself for the zumba class, bringing a variety of music and dance styles as well. To finish, our dear Emilie Brought us a Gentle yoga class, so that we connected with with our body, relax and also stretched after a sweat session of Zumba. We loved to seeing you there, thank you for have joined this party.
